How do you plan to pay?
The majority of our team at Telos are unable to bill insurance. Clients may submit a superbill to their insurance provider for possible out-of-network reimbursement, though reimbursement is not guaranteed. We encourage you to contact your insurance company to confirm your benefits. Some clinicians also offer a limited number of sliding scale spots to help reduce financial barriers. If you have questions about insurance or fees, please leave your questions below and a member of our team will reach out to answer them. *Jonathan Moore is able to bill Aetna for individual sessions and Lyra EAP.
